【2024 Chase4snow Snowsports School Recruitment】
Chase4snow is a legal Chinese ski school in Niseko. We are starting to recruit team members for the next winter. 1. Administrative staff
We need people who have a basic understanding of computers, finance and administration and have a high degree of teamwork ability. Applicants must have good professional ethics and a medium to high level of Japanese language ability. The job content of this position is to contact customers for reservations through telephone and Internet, use software to input order data, assist in the scheduling of school calendars, confirm the progress of daily collection and payment, and assist in translation and communication of daily school work.
Monthly salary starts from 220,000 yen, depending on ability. 6 to 8 days off per month, self-funded employee dormitory, company car, and ski lift tickets are provided in winter. Please discuss with the interviewee.
2. Ski Instructor
We need people who can work independently and have high teamwork ability, are patient, like to interact with different people and have enough empathy. Applicants must have good physical fitness and hold an international ski instructor certificate. The job content of this position is to provide high-level ski instruction. The guests have different ages and compositions, and the lessons will also be different. This position must do its best to ensure that our guests have a good time in Niseko.
Salary depends on ability and workload, and is based on a commission system. The average monthly salary is about 400,000 yen. There are self-funded employee dormitories and company cars. In winter, the company provides ski lift tickets and internal and external ski training.
